Honestly Farm Kitchen prides itself in serving local, seasonal, organic food that tastes great! Started by husband-and-wife team Liam and Justina Gavin, Honestly opened Ireland's first ever organic Drive Thru in 2021 in Carrick-On-Shannon and since summer 2022 in the beautiful seaside village of Strandhill. There are two aspects to the business, the restaurant and the farm shop. |
