Blaithin Sweeney is trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa flow but has been influenced by many other yoga styles. Her teachings are perfect for beginners and the more seasoned practitioners. But her real passion are the outdoor excursions which take you into Sligo's wild landscape and let you practice yoga on top of a mountain, in the dunes or in a forest.

Salt & Soul is a fully equipped yoga studio in the fabulous village of Strandhill located along the Wild Atlantic Way. Salt & Soul studio has a relaxing atmosphere where you can find a vast range of yoga courses and workshops (example: Somatic movement, sound bath meditation,...) and a selection of yoga classes which are designed to support your physical and mental well being.
Sligo Yoga Centre
Sligo Yoga centre opened it's doors in 1994 and was the first Iyengar yoga studio. The Sligo yoga centre has a main studio which fits up to 20 students and a few smaller rooms which accommodate smaller groups and therapy space. The cornerstone of the success of the studio has been its specialization in Iyengar Yoga.

Saoirse practice has spanned over the 20 years with experience in Hatha, Anusara, Yin, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Nidra, Restoratives and Acroyoga. Saoirse is also one of the most experienced kids yoga teachers in the North-West where she includes movement, breath work, mindfulness practice and relaxation in her kids yoga classes.

Cathi Murphi opened here studion in JFK Parade in Sligo town. There is a great selection of workshops and courses, but you will also find the weekly classes . Also, in keeping with the tradition of yoga and dharma teaching,there are the weekly donation based classes where the classes are offered free of charge, but you are invited to make a contribution towards the studio expenses,... on offer are the chair yoga and mindful kindful Monday movement and meditation.

Anne-Marie Southcombe runs a diverse selection of classes in her studio, from Hatha flow to Hatha yoga fundamentals to yoga for pregnancy,....
But she also offers yoga classes for sports and surf, the last one being developed with the Irish Surfing Institute which resulted in a class with emphasis on a strong base; the feet, legs and hips and supporting a more fluid upper body, in conjunction with core strength, flexibility and balance.
