Sligo Surf Experience are based in the new Failte Ireland National Surf Centre at Strandhill Beach where you can enjoy the brand-new facilities including changing rooms, showers and free parking. Sligo Surf Experience is a top-ranked European surf school who were voted the Irish surf school of the year 2020 by the Travel and Hospitality Awards. Sligo Surf Experience surf school offers regular winter surf sessions and daily summer group surfing lessons. The group lessons are a fully guided, 2.5 hour surf experience. During these lessons, you will get to experience the thrill of surfing the wild Atlantic waves while being guided by Seamus on how to better your surf technique. During the school holidays, Sligo Surf Experience also runs the popular 5-day ocean warrior camps which aim to change attitudes and behaviors towards the water and ensures each student leaves with lifelong ocean awareness and water safety. The camps are designed to bring out the Ocean warrior in every participant regardless of their surfing ability. All top surfing equipment is provided so you can learn to surf in a safe, fun, structured environment. The only thing customers need to bring is their swimming gear and a towel. |
