Eating in the great outdoors

There is nothing more relaxing than having a picnic in the great outdoors. And in Sligo we are lucky to have fabulous locations to eat outside and enjoy the scenery. Below you will find a selection of picnic locations around County Sligo . But if you don't feel like making your own picnic, but still love eating in the great outdoors, why not book one of the many outdoor food sampling events on offer.
For example, during the summer months, you can experience a Sligo seaweed Experience with Prannie Rathigan, go on a kayak adventure trip with Sligo Kayak tours and enjoy a picnic on one of County Sligo's islands.
