Ocean Warrior Surf Camp
|
A fun-filled week of surfing and ocean education. This five-day U16 camp is fully supervised by professional surf coach Seamus Mc Goldrick and his team of Irish Surfing instructors. The camp focuses on surf and outdoor education at Strandhill Beach. Participants learn to surf in a safe, fun, structured environment that is both inclusive and challenging.
The Ocean Warrior camp includes surfing and bodyboarding, beach games, environmental education, water safety and ocean awareness. The aim of the Ocean Warrior surf camp is to change attitudes and behaviors towards the water and ensure that each student leaves with a lifelong respect for the ocean as well as essential water safety knowledge. The program is designed to bring out the inner Ocean Warrior in every participant regardless of ability. Their aim is to develop confidence and social skills while creating a new sporting interest.
