County Sligo St Patrick's parades
There is a lot happening on the 17th MArch '20 . Sligo St Patrick's day aprade is 50 years old.
It is the only event which has run in Sligo every year since 1971. The theme of this years parade is "through the decades 1970 - 2020" .
Another favorite is the Tubbercurry St Patrick's day road race which is the first event on the Sligo Road race league 2020

Lisa Stanley in Concert with Guest Sandy Kelly at Sligo Park Hotel
Lisa Stanley is undoubtedly one of Ireland’s top female vocalists. Lisa is a natural performer and entertainer, also a very familiar face on Keep It Country TV, where Lisa hosts her own weekly TV show The Lisa Stanley Show.
Over the past few years Lisa has performed extensively across the U.K. and Ireland while touring with Nathan Carter and more recently Dominic Kirwan.
With four studio albums to her credit, she now takes her own show on the road with her five piece band and a show not to be missed. Lisa is always popular with audiences wherever she performs, with her great choice of catchy songs and bubbly personality. Expect to have your feet tapping all night with a great mix of music from Country to Irish with a bit of Pop and Rock'n roll thrown in!

Family Day: Sligo By The Sea
The Model brings you a colourful and action-packed day in response to their exhibition, The Sea Around Us.
Composer and artist Karen Power will lead composition and improvisation workshops for Early Years through her ongoing acclaimed programme Natural Creators, while local artist Sinéad O’Hanlon gets creative in response to the Sligo shoreline (suitable for under 12s).
The day starts with the launch of My Model interactive children’s guide and ends with a sea-themed film for all the family.
