Description:Ballygawley Music Festival is a 3-night music festival which takes place in Ballygawley Village, Co Sligo.
Ballygawley village is a small village situated beneath Slieve Daeane. Close by the village is beautiful Union Wood and Ballygawley lake where you can have a picnic, go for a forest walk or admire the many swans. The annual festival was founded in 2019 when in its first year managed to attract 1800 people. Since that first year, the festival has grown into a large festival which attracts great artists and large crowds. The festival is run by a group of energetic volunteers from the community with support from many sponsors. The aim of the event is to host a unique and diverse music event annually (over 18s) with any proceeds from the event going back into the development of the community park. Following on from the successful 2022 to 2025 festivals, the 2026 festival promises to be even bigger. The festival will run from the 17th to 19th July and brings you the biggest line up in the festival's history.
